Position Overview:

 

The Sales Development Representative is a vital role in our sales process, responsible for developing and nurturing potential leads to generate business opportunities. The SDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify target markets, engage with prospects through multiple channels, and qualify leads to build a strong pipeline for the sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Schedule meetings and calls between potential clients and sales representatives.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively communicate our product's value proposition.
  • Track all engagement activities in the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market activities, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Attend sales training and educational programs for professional development.
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing and sales efforts.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service. Experience in a B2B environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and grow in a sales career.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
