Job Description

Cyble is a leading Cyber Threat Intelligence company that empowers organizations with darkweb and cybercrime monitoring and mitigation services. At Cyble, our mission is to provide real-time visibility into vulnerabilities in the digital landscape, enabling businesses to safeguard their digital assets against cyber threats. We are expanding our reach and impact, seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our growth in the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region.

 

What You'll Do:

 

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base across the META region.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering partnerships and collaborations with key stakeholders in the cybersecurity industry.
  • Team Management: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs, and ensuring alignment with Cyble’s global sales strategies.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential and existing customers, understanding their needs and how Cyble’s solutions can address their cybersecurity challenges.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and evolving cyber threats to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Cyble’s product, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
  • Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets, managing the sales pipeline efficiently and ensuring a robust forecast accuracy.

 

What You'll Need:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field.
  • Proven sales leadership experience (10+ years) in the cybersecurity industry, with specific experience in cyber threat intelligence, demonstrating a solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity and threat intelligence market, particularly in the META region, with an established network of contacts and solid connections with CXOs.
  • Demonstrable experience in engaging with and selling to senior executives (CXO level) within potential client organizations, showcasing an ability to influence decision-makers and close high-value deals.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and managing diverse sales teams.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels of an organization.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in other languages relevant to the META region being highly desirable.
