We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our growing team as a Director of Customer Success at Hosta AI. As the Director of Customer Success you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring a successful implementation of our technology and ensuring our customers achieve the full value of our solution. The core responsibilities for this role will be customer value realization and relationship management. Through curiosity and creative problem solving abilities you will find ways to provide tremendous value for our customers. As a dynamic and developing company you’ll bring customer feedback into the organization to enhance our offerings and unlock further value.


Key Responsibilities:


Value Capture:

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs and business objectives
  • Owning challenges and identifying creative ways to overcome to provide value to our customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and unlocking further value to clients
  • Always on the hunt for additional ways to create value

Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Ownership of customer analytics, developing key insights and outcomes in the context of business objectives and identify areas of opportunity
  • Foster customer advocacy by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, gathering testimonials, and case studies.
  • Act as a client advocate within the organization, representing their interests and needs during internal discussions and decision-making processes.


Additional Responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning:
    • Develop comprehensive value based plans outlining strategic goals and action plans for achieving objectives.
    • Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
    • Create and implement innovative strategies to maximize revenue, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Implementations:
    • Tailor solutions and integrations to identified needs to maximize problem solving efficiency and ease of implementation
    • Technical ability to navigate through customer workflows and integration points
    • Strong program/project management skills
    • Ability to breakdown complex problems into an actionable plan
    • Inclination towards action
    • Always on the hunt for additional ways to create value
  • Product and Market Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings.
