Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to lead our product strategy and development efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity, a deep understanding of market trends, and a proven track record of bringing successful products to market.

What You'll DO:

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation and differentiation.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to define product requirements and features.
• Prioritize product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plans, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion strategies.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
• Continuously analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve user experience and business outcomes.

What You'll Need:

• 5-10+ years of experience in Product management
• Must have experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• Have worked with cross-functional teams on large projects and a proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products.
• Experience in agile development methodologies, product management tools, and project management
• Must have experience in articulating user-stories, gathering and defining business requirements and presenting it to the technical engineering teams.
• Excellent written, verbal communication skills and can articulate a compelling vision.
• Must be able to work from Bangalore development centre and open to travel 10% of the time.
