Job Description

We’re seeking a creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design projects, create compelling visuals, and elevate our brand identity. In this role, you will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and other teams to deliver high-quality designs that align with our company’s goals and vision.

What You'll DO:

• Innovative Design Creation: Develop unique and compelling graphic designs, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print media, tailored to the SaaS and cybersecurity sectors.
• Motion Graphics and HTML Development: Produce dynamic motion graphics and HTML-based designs for digital marketing campaigns, educational materials, and interactive web content.
• Brand Visual Strategy: Maintain and evolve Cyble’s brand identity across various platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our corporate values and goals.
• Trend Analysis and Technology Integration: Stay updated with the latest trends in graphic design, motion graphics, and HTML technologies, incorporating cutting-edge practices into your work to keep Cyble at the forefront of design innovation.
• Collaborative Projects Management: Lead graphic design projects from concept to completion, working closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to achieve cohesive and impactful results.
• Quality Control and Feedback Implementation: Ensure the highest quality in all design outputs and effectively incorporate feedback to meet project objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Artistic Expertise Sharing: Share your experience and knowledge in arts and design with the team, providing mentorship to junior designers and contributing to a culture of continuous learning and creativity.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showing skills in HTML, motion graphics, illustrations, and PowerPoint design.
• Experience in the SaaS and/or cybersecurity industry is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and HTML.
• Strong understanding of the latest design trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
