About the Role:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the LATAM region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding Cyble's presence in the cybersecurity market across LATAM.

 

What You'll Do:

 

Sales Leadership:

 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets across the LATAM region.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to drive sales performance and exceed targets.
  • Provide strategic direction and guidance to penetrate new markets and verticals effectively.

 

Market Expansion:

 

  • Identify and prioritize key accounts, industries, and geographic areas for business development and expansion.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, government agencies, and industry influencers.

 

Client Acquisition:

 

  • Drive the acquisition of new clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and relationship-building activities.
  • Understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives to tailor customized solutions that address their cybersecurity needs.

 

Partnership Development:

 

  • Collaborate with channel partners, resellers, and technology alliances to enhance Cyble's market presence and extend reach within the region.
  • Negotiate and manage strategic partnerships to drive mutual growth and success.

 

Sales Enablement:

 

  • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to equip the sales team with the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively position and sell Cyble's offerings.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds sales targets.

 

Pipeline Management:

 

  • Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

 

What You'll Need:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the cybersecurity SaaS industry, preferably in threat intelligence.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape and market dynamics in the LATAM region.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the LATAM region as required.
