🔍 What we're looking for

We are looking for an accountable, passionate & energetic person with hands-on mindset to join our growing Industrialization Team.

You will thrive if you have passion for:

Your main purpose is to support the implementation of the PLM/Inventory Modules on the ERP, moving functional prototype projects to commercial off-the-shelf products.

This include participating in the initial steps of the retrofitting projects, reviewing BOMs with the several operational teams & completing the necessary adjustments to create accurate manufacturing BOMs. You will be asked to work closely with different highly driven teams, from engineering to supply chain.

👇 Responsibilities

• Support the project/product development cycles with an eye toward improving productivity & efficiency
• Design and implement efficient production processes & workflows to improve operations
• Setup new products and manufacturing BOMs on the ERP, reducing waste & addressing production issues
• Implement control to monitor costs & minimize production issues
• Develop instruction manuals for production personnel & generate process documentation & reports
• Generate process documentation & reports

🛠️ Skills & Experience

• Mechanical or Industrial Engineering Grads or Undergrads
• Interest and/or knowledge of processes & standards in the industrial field/setup
• Critical thinking, data analytics & problem-solving skills
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Strong interest for tools such as Google Docs, Notion, PowerBI and similar
• Fluency in English and Portuguese
