Job Description

Klir is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive who is experienced, audacious, and energized by building. At its current stage, Klir has built momentum in key markets, and now needs to leverage that success to scale further across the US, (and shortly, internally) to entrench Klir as the de facto software in the water industry. The territories are large, with no shortage of opportunity. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be one of few sales pros joining a rapidly growing, BDR-supported, well backed team. You will build on the experiences and data from early-stage sales wins to execute a high-growth, scalable sales strategy to have half the developed world getting water from those that run Klir by 2025.


This position is fully remote. Strong preference for candidates based in CA, TX, FL, MA, IL and Canada as local presence in key markets is critical.

What we are looking for

  • Entrepreneurial, experienced Enterprise Account Executive with an unwavering hunger to succeed and build
  • ​Hunter mindset with 7+ years Enterprise SaaS experience; 5+ years selling into government
  • Proven SLED experience in utilities 
  • Strong track record of hitting quota for the past 3 years 
  • Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build relationships with key decision makers
  • Prior success with complex sales involving multiple decision makers and average ARR of $150K
  • Strong ability to learn new technology and ramp-up quickly
  • Ability to work in a high-energy sales team environment as a team player
  • Positive and energetic presentation skills, excellent listening skills and strong writing skills
  • Ability to think independently and stay motivated while working remotely
  • Experience at an early stage tech startup or proven track record operating in the earliest stages of an enterprise sales team is a huge plus!


  • Build a pipeline of prospects, source and develop sales opportunities, identify and qualify leads
  • Connect and build relationships with prospective B2G customers
  • Demonstrate Klir’s value through phone calls, live demos, and virtual/in person presentations
  • Manage, track and report on all sales activities in the CRM
  • Meet and over-achieve pipeline targets and key performance metrics
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing material and work closely with marketing on lead generation and campaign execution
